Statutory Conformity Guarantee

All products purchased on orthoscare.com by EU and UK consumers include the mandatory minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, under EU Directive 2019/771 (Sale of Goods Directive) and equivalent UK consumer law.

What Is Covered

Any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years, including manufacturing defects and materials that fail to match the product description.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.

• Defects you were made aware of at the time of purchase (e.g., clearance items sold "as is").

How to Claim

1. Contact support@orthoscare.com with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.

2. We will confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

3. Eligible claims are resolved, at your choice where possible, by repair, replacement, or a price reduction/refund, at no cost to you.

This legal guarantee is separate from, and in addition to, any commercial manufacturer warranty offered on specific products.
