Scope of Health Data Notice

This notice applies specifically to "consumer health data" as defined under laws such as Washington State's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370, given that some OrthosCare products and sleep accessories may generate health-related information.

What We Collect

• Biometric and wellness metrics generated by connected products you choose to sync (heart rate, SpO2, sleep data).

• Health-related information you voluntarily share with customer support (e.g., describing a condition to get a fit recommendation).

How We Use It

• To operate the product/app feature you requested (e.g., displaying your sleep score).

• To provide customer support relevant to your query.

• We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for advertising without your separate, explicit, opt-in consent.

Your Rights & Requests

• Right to confirm whether we process your consumer health data, and to access it.

• Right to withdraw consent and have the data deleted.

• Right to an appeal if a request is denied.
